We offer returns for change of mind or wrong sizing purchases within 30 days of receipt of product for Australian Orders and 45 days of receipt of product for International Orders.

Item/s must be returned in their original condition; unused, unaltered, unwashed and in their original packaging. If your order is returned despite these conditions your return may be sent back to you at an additional charge.

Please include your Invoice with order number in your returns parcel

Return shipping is payable by you, the customer unless the garment is faulty.

We offer returns postage labels for a flat rate of $10AUD for Australian Customers for all returns or exchanges.

NZ Returns Postage Labels for a flat rate of $15AUD returns label & handling.

For International returns we offer a $30AUD returns label & handling.

Alternatively, we highly recommend sending your return via a traceable method of postage. Mambo Surf De Luxe will not be held liable for any returned parcels lost, without a proof of delivery to our warehouse.

Return shipping will only be reimbursed or credited if the product is proven to be faulty.

Faulty Items:

We understand how inconvenient and frustrating the experience of getting a faulty product can be, and we're here to make it as easy as possible for you. If a faulty piece has fallen through our pick & pack process, we will work to find a solution that suits both parties. Whether that be an immediate refund, replacement or repair.
